うちの塩焼は三枚おろしで塩ふってそれをくるくる巻いて鉄串をさして焼く。
巻いて焼くのは、巻くことによって中の部分が蒸し焼きに近い状態になってふっくらするそうです。
なかなか鉄串持ってる家庭無いだろうし、やってみる機会は少ないかもしれないけど、できる方は是非！
塩ふってから焼くまでは１０分ほどおいてね！余計な臭みを含んだ水分が出るそうです。
