まず初めに簡単な自己紹介をさせて頂きます。
現在東京の六本木で寿司屋を経営しながら釣りにドはまりしている女将です。

現在コロナ禍を奮闘しながらなんとか寿司屋営業中。
自ら釣ったお魚を自分の店で出すことを楽しみに釣りを頑張っていますが、やはりさすが豊洲市場。全国からいいお魚を集めてるだけあって、釣るだけでも一苦労なのに豊洲に並ぶお魚に負けないほど状態のいいものを釣るのは至難の業であることを痛感中。
それでも、社運をかけて釣りに向かう私がいると、ご一緒してくださる釣り仲間も「深雪ちゃんを手ぶらで帰すわけにはいかねぇ」と、何年か前の北島康介ばりの扱いでみんな気合い入れてくださるので楽しく釣りをしています。
釣り人としても、経営者としてもまだまだアマちゃんですが、釣りだけに限らず、料理、経営者奮闘記、飲食店あるある、私か経験したことを発信していきますので、成長記として見て頂ければ嬉しいです。
